Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial Osteopathy is a gentle and effective treatment which addresses symptoms and their underlying causes. These may include back and neck pain; joint pain and sports injuries; headaches, migraines and sinus problems; stress; recurrent infection; period pain; digestive difficulties. Treatment may also benefit general health and well-being.

In babies and children many problems such as crying, colic, sleeping and feeding difficulties may be helped. Cranial Osteopathy can be used for all ages (from new-born babies to the oldest of OAPs) and all states of health.

David is trained and experienced in feeling the rhythmic shape change that occurs in all body tissues. This is called the involuntary motion.

The skull is made up of 26 bones that are joined in such a way that during the rhythmical cycle of involuntary motion, the skull actually changes shape. Physical training, illness and stress can block or disrupt this movement, preventing an optimum state of health.

David has gained much experience due to specific training in treating with the Cranial Sacral mechanism, insuring an effective and gentle treatment.
