After acute pain in my chest my doctor said she thought it was my back and referred me to David. Having never been to an osteopath, I was apprehensive but shouldn’t have been. David took time and care to discuss my problem and then carried out considered, painless treatment explaining it along the way –recommending key things to change in life as well. Two sessions have seen me greatly improved and nearly back to normal. Thank you very much.

'Rib & Lower Back Pain'
Last Wednesday evening, I started experiencing discomfort in my ribs and lower back. I called David and explained that even deep breathing was causing me pain. Fortunately he managed to squeeze me in an appointment that afternoon. The treatment was incredible - in less 30 minutes I was able to move normally again. David also, gave me some simple tips on keeping good posture.

'Behaviour Cranial treatment aged 5'
My son had had cranial osteopathy as a baby following a difficult pregnancy and early life but it had lapsed. We had noticed that at 5 he had become cranky, found it difficult to concentrate and often went to “planet Charlie”. We decided to see if there was anything that David could identify and treat. He immediately put Charlie at ease and treated him almost without realising he was. We noticed a change in behaviour after one session and will be keeping this as part of his maintenance programme. 'Autistic Spectrum...Cranial Osteopath'
I had been suffering from migraine for much of my life and getting frequent attacks paralysing me down one side of the body. The conventional method was to rely on beta blockers which I decided against. A friend of mine recommended I saw David. This I did 2 years ago and my migraines are now under control. Whilst having treatment with David, I felt he could help my son. At the time he was seven years old suffering from sensory issues and on the Autistic Spectrum. After a few consecutive treatments my son was much calmer & a noticeable improvement in concentration. For most of my adult life I have suffered with lower back and shoulder and neck pain and have consulted various practitioners in a variety of disciplines, none of whom provided permanent benefit.
Finally, I was introduced to David Gray who set about relieving my painful symptoms, and perhaps more importantly, seeking out the causes, that became the subject of further treatment. This was complimented with an exercise regime suggested by David.
The outcome has been very successful, keeping me virtually pain free for the past few years.
In addition the skill he brilliantly brings to bear with his hands David is an excellent communicator explaining at each stage, exactly what he is doing and what he expects to achieve. This aspect I have found fascinating and extremely reassuring.
